New Teacher Survival Central Sweepstakes

Eligibility :  The New Teacher Survival Central Sweepstakes (”Sweepstakes”) is offered only in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (”U.S.”) and open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age and older and who are employed, during the Term of the Sweepstakes and when prizes are awarded, as teachers at an accredited public, private or parochial school in the United States containing any class with students from Kindergarten through Grade 12, that has a 501(c)(3) or 509(a)(1) tax-exempt designation.

Promotion Period :  Discovery Education’s New Teacher Survival Central Sweepstakes (”Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01:00 AM Eastern Time (”ET”) on September 19, 2008 and ends at 11:59:00 PM ET on January 29, 2009 (the “Term”)

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person per day.

Prize (s):

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING AND REFERRAL PRIZES :
The Grand Prize will consist of five (5) sets of Mimio Interactive Systems and Teacher Training Programs for 30, $5,000 in Discovery Education multimedia products and services, an Epson printer from CDW-G and an Elmer’s Classroom Creativity prize package. The Grand Prize is valued at approximately $24,600.

If the Grand Prize winner named a teacher on his/her Sweepstakes entry form who referred him/her to the Sweepstakes, the referring teacher will receive $5,000 in Discovery Education multimedia products and $1,500 in Elmer’s Creativity Products, valued at $6,500 in total.
