NBCSN Quest For the Cup Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories) and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Promotion Period : The NBCSN Quest For the Cup Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on May 6, 2014 at 1:00 PM ET and end on May 20, 2014 at 11:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s) :

There will be one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded to the Grand Prize Winner.  Grand Prize consists of a trip to Toronto, ON, Canada (“Trip”) for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”); two (2) tickets to an ice hockey museum in Toronto, ON, Canada; and one (1) $500 American Express gift card. Trip consists of: roundtrip coach-class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to an airport in or near Toronto, ON, Canada, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion (“Destination Airport”); three (3) nights/four (4) days of hotel accommodations with daily breakfast at a hotel in or near downtown Toronto, ON, Canada, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion (“Hotel”) for Grand Prize Winner and Guest; and ground transportation between the Destination Airport and Hotel for Grand Prize Winner and Guest.  ERV of Grand Prize is four thousand five hundred dollars ($4,500).

There will be one (1) second prize (“Second Prize”) awarded to the Second Prize Winner.  Second Prize consists of the following, as determined by Sponsors:  one (1) autographed piece of hockey memorabilia. ERV of Second Prize is two hundred dollars ($200).
