Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Promotion Period : Begin on December 10, 2012 at 6:00 P.M. ET and end on December 18, 2012 at 6:00 A.M. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address per day, for a total of nine (9) Entries per person/email address throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s) :

There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded to Winner. Prize consists of the following: ten thousand dollars ($10,000) in the form of a check made payable to Winner.

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is ten thousand dollars ($10,000).

Winner List : For the name of Winner, available after January 14, 2013, visit nbc.com/take-it-all, or send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by March 14, 2013 to: Take It All Play-Along Sweeptakes, c/o Interpolls 818 W. 7th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90017.
