Eligibility : Open only to permanent, United States (“U.S.”) legal residents who are located and residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories and possessions and overseas military installations), and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Promotion Period : Begin on March 24, 2011 at 2:00 PM PT and end on April 4, 2011 at 11:59 PM PT

Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per day per person or email address for a limit of twelve (12) Entries per person or email address during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s) :

There will be one (1) prize awarded (“Prize”) to Winner. Prize will consist of a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner and up to three (3) guests (each a “Guest” or collectively, “Guests”) to one (1) of the following resorts (each a “Resort”): Universal Orlando® Resort in Orlando, FL or Universal Studios Hollywood® in Los Angeles, CA (“Trip”). Winner will select which Resort to visit on Trip, subject to Sponsors’ sole discretion. Trip will include: 1) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to Orlando, FL or Los Angeles, CA; 2) three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at an on-site hotel in Orlando, FL or a Sponsor- specified hotel in Los Angeles, CA, subject to Sponsors’ sole discretion (“Hotel”); 3) ground transportation to/from airport in Orlando, FL or Los Angeles, CA and to/from Hotel; and 4) three

(3) day theme park passes to one (1) of the Resorts (“Park Tickets”), subject to Sponsors’ sole discretion, for Winner and up to three (3) Guests. The Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is three thousand two hundred and fifty-eight dollars ($3,258).
