My Life is a Lifetime Movie Sweepstakes

Eligibility : To enter the Sweepstakes you must be: (i) a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; and (ii) eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”).

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 16, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on November 13, 2012.

Limit :  Limit five (5) Entries per person/day/email address.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) check in the name of the Grand Prize Winner (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $1,000.00).

Winner List : To obtain a list of names of Grand Prize Winner(s) or a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “My Life is a Lifetime® Movie Sweepstakes Winner(s) Names Request”, A&E Television Networks, LLC, 235 East 45th Street, New York, NY 10017, Attn: Digital Media Department. All requests must be received on or before January 6, 2013. Names of Prize winner(s) will be sent after selection and verification of winner(s). Vermont residents may omit return postage if requesting a set of Official Rules.
