Eligibility : The Morton Cooking Coarse with Rocco Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia) who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry.

Promotion Period : The Morton Cooking Coarse with Rocco Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) starts on 8/1/09 at 12:00 A.M. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on 12/31/09 at 11:59:59 P.M., ET (the “Promotion Period”)

How To Enter : Each day that you sign-on to www.mortoncookingcoarse.com, the “Website”, during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions, you will receive one (1) opportunity to participate in the Cooking Coarse and you will simultaneously receive one (1) automatic Instant Win Game message which will reveal whether or not you are the potential winner of an Instant Win Prize. You will also automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit : Regardless of the email address you use, you may only participate in the Promotion by participating in the Instant Win Game once each day throughout the Promotion Period except that you may receive up to five (5) additional entries into the Sweepstakes by inviting up to five (5) friends or family members to participate in the Promotion

Prize (s):

Instant Win Game Prizes: A maximum of 1,081 Instant Win Game Prizes are available to be won throughout the Promotion Period. Instant Win Game Prizes consist of the following:

Sweepstakes Grand Prize: There is one (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize. The Sweepstakes Winner will receive a two (2) hour personal cooking demonstration in his/her home from the renowned Chef Rocco DiSpirito for the Sweepstakes Winner and six (of his/her) guests at a date and time prior to 2/28/10 that is mutually agreeable to the Winner and Chef Rocco DiSpirito, along with a personalized photograph with Chef Rocco DiSpirito for the Sweepstakes Winner’s own personal collection. All details of the cooking demonstration, including menu selection, will be as jointly agreed upon by the Sweepstakes Winner and Chef Rocco DiSpirito and/or Sponsor prior to the agreed-upon cooking demonstration date. Sponsor and/or Chef Rocco DiSpirito will provide necessary food ingredients and cooking utensils. The Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $1,500
