Look for an official Entry Code printed inside specially-marked Miller Lite 12-pack, 18-pack or 24-pack of 12 oz. bottle or 12 oz. can packages. Complete the online registration form and enter your official Entry Code online at www.millerlite-racing.com for a chance to win. TO ENTER WITHOUT PURCHASE: Due to state law, NC, VA and WV residents only may use “3DJTJPX774” as an official Entry Code. Eligible residents of other states may use “MJXJXV6DR6” as the Entry Code.
Game :
Game pieces can be found on specially-marked Miller Lite 12 oz. bottles at participating on-premise locations. Pull off the game piece to see if you are a winner. If the game piece states that you are a winner of one of the instant prizes listed below, you are a winner of that prize, subject to verification. HOW TO GET A GAME PIECE WITHOUT PURCHASE: Due to state law, WV residents only may find scratch card game pieces at participating on-premise locations during the Promotion Period. To request a free game piece without purchase and a copy of the Official Rules, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Miller Lite Racing Experience Game Piece Request, P.O. Box 4071 South Bend, IN 46634-0071. Requests must be postmarked by 5/31/09 and received by 6/7/09.

To claim your prize, visit http://www.millerlite-racing.com by 6/30/09 and follow the directions. You will be required to print out your online claim request. It is recommended that you sign your full legal signature in ink across the face of the game piece. Make and retain a copy of your game piece and online claim request for your records. Mail the completed claim form and original game piece to the address indicated on the claim form. It is recommended that you send the game piece and claim form via a traceable method such as certified or registered mail. All mailed prize claims must be postmarked by 6/30/09 and received by 7/7/09 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and will not be awarded. Please note that proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Grand prize claims will not be opened until after 7/7/09
