McDonald’s Flavor Battle Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open to residents of any one of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry (“Participant”).

Promotion Period : Begins November 8, 2012 at 12:00 noon Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 23, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per Day.

Prize (s) :

GRAND PRIZE: Three (3) Grand Prize winners, subject to verification, will be awarded a trip for winner and one (1) guest (who is 21 years of age or older) to Miami, Florida for two (2) nights (to occur February 6, 2013 through February 8, 2013) to attend the Flavor Battle Finals on February 7, 2013 featuring the top three (3) DJs from the online Flavor Battle competition (“Grand Prize”). Grand Prize trip consists solely of the following for use by winner and one (1) guest: round trip coach air travel from an airport near the winner’s residence in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or D.C. chosen in Sponsor’s sole discretion to Miami, Florida; two (2) nights accommodations (one standard, double occupancy room); two (2) tickets to the Flavor Battle Finals event; ground transportation in Miami, Florida between the airport and hotel upon arrival and departure and between the hotel and event venue to attend the Flavor Battle Finals; and a check for $150 for incidentals for the winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $2,000.

ARCH CARD PRIZES: Two thousand four hundred (2,400) three dollar ($3) Arch Cards will be awarded.

Winner List : For a copy of the Official Winners List, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: McDonald’s Flavor Battle Winners, P.O. Box 3193, Oak Brook, IL 60522-3193. All requests must be received no later than three (3) months after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. A list of prize winners will be available no sooner than February 7, 2013. Limit one request per stamped outer envelope.
