Eligibility : The McDonald’s 2010 FIFA World Cup Home Theater Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (the “Territory”) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and are physically located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The McDonald’s 2010 FIFA World Cup Home Theater Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) begins on or about December 14, 2009 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time [“ET”] and is scheduled to end on January 15, 2010, 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Log on to the (the “Website”) and follow the prompts to register for the Promotion.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person/ e-mail address per day.

Prize (s):

Three (3) Grand Prizes: Each winner will receive a Sony 55-inch Class BRAVIA V Series LCD HDTV w/a BRAVIA® Theater System and a PlayStation®3 120GB system. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $2,600.

Twenty (20) First Prizes: PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) 3000 system, ARV $170.

Twenty-Five (25) Second Prizes: an adidas gift card, ARV: $100.

Fifty (50) Third Prizes: Each winner will receive one (1) $20 McDonald’s Arch Card®.

Winners : To receive an Official Winners List, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Redemption Center: McDonald’s® 2010 FIFA World Cup™ Home Theater Sweepstakes Winners List Request, P.O. Box 3193, Oak Brook, IL 60522-3193, for receipt by January 15, 2010.
