Eligibility : The HP Make The Smart Play Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) Central Time (“CT”) on April 25, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on June 5, 2010 (“Promotional Period”).

How To Enter : Go to makethesmartplay.com (“website”), during the Promotional Period, and follow the online instructions to register and automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes;

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person/household/e-mail address per day regardless of the method.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for the winner and three (3) guests to attend the 2011 NBA All-Star Game. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation for winner and three (3) guests from a major airport nearest winner’s home in the United States to Los Angeles, California, two (2) standard hotel room accommodations (double-occupancy) for two (2) nights/three (3) days; four (4) VIP NBA All-Star 2011 ticket packages (includes four (4) tickets to attend the 2011 NBA All-Star Game, four (4) tickets to the 2011 NBA All-Star Saturday Night and four (4) tickets to the 2011 NBA All-Star Jam Session), $1,200 in spending money (awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer to winner), one (1) HP Product Prize package valued at $2,000, one (1) $2,500 Office Depot® gift card and ground transportation to/from the destination airport and hotel. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $15,400.00.

First Prize (1): First Prize winner will receive tickets for a suite for one (1) regular-season night at the NBA team arena nearest winner’s residence. ARV: $10,000.

Second Prizes (95): Each Second Prize Winner will receive one (1) of the following items (in Sponsor’s sole discretion); two (2) regular-season tickets to the NBA team nearest winner’s residence; one (1) $50 voucher for HP Ink & Specialty Paper at Office Depot; or one (1) $25.00 Office Depot® gift card, as determined by Sponsor. Ticket locations shall be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. ARV: $25.00 to $150.00.
