Eligibility : The LG Iron Man 2 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia age 18 or older or of the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Sweepstakes begins on May 9, 2010 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on June 20, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):

(1) Grand Prize: A three (3) day / two (2) night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend a Marvel Studios movie premiere (actual movie to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) in 2011. Trip consists of coach air transportation from major airport closest to winner’s residence to Los Angeles and return back, hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room – double occupancy) for two (2) nights, ground transportation to and from Los Angeles airport and hotel and to and from hotel and movie premiere and two (2) tickets to the movie premiere. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of trip: five thousand dollars ($5,000). Grand Prize winner will also receive one (1) LG 57-inch LCD TV (ARV: two thousand seven hundred dollars ($2,700); one (1) Blu-ray™ Disc Home Theater System (ARV: six hundred dollars ($600)); (1) LG Smart Phone (ARV: two hundred ninety-nine dollars ($299)) and one (1) one (1)-year wireless service plan (to be awarded in the form of a gift card) (ARV: two thousand dollars ($2,000). Complete Grand Prize ARV: ten thousand five hundred ninety-nine dollars ($10,599).

Fifty (50) First Prizes: Fifty (50) winners will each receive one (1) LG Smart Phone (ARV: two hundred ninety-nine dollars ($299)) and one (1) six (6)-month wireless service plan (to be awarded in the form of a gift card) (ARV: one thousand dollars ($1,000)). One (1) complete First Prize ARV: one thousand two hundred ninety-nine dollars ($1,299) each.  Total ARV of First Prizes: sixty-four thousand nine hundred fifty dollars ($64,950).

One hundred (100) Second Prizes: One hundred (100) winners will each win one (1) Collectible Iron Man 2 action figure. (ARV: forty ($40) each). Total ARV of Second Prizes: four thousand dollars $4,000.

Five hundred (500) Third Prizes: Five hundred (500) winners will each win one (1) pair of movie tickets (ARV: twenty dollars ($20) each) (to be awarded in the form of a gift card). Total ARV of Third Prizes: ten thousand dollars ($10,000).

Winners : For the names of the Grand Prize, First Prize and Second Prize winners, mail a self-addressed first class stamped envelope to: LG Iron Man 2 Sweepstakes Winners, P.O. Box 57037, Irvine, CA 92619 for receipt by August 16, 2010.
