Kountdown to Kinect

Eligibility : Kountdown to Kinect (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry and enrolled as a student in a U.S. accredited educational institution (“School”) using Microsoft Live@edu.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins on September 6, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 4, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

Sweepstakes: SIXTY (60) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES (seven (7) each for Entry Periods 1 – 8 and four (4) for Entry Period 9): An Xbox 360 4GB Console with Kinect. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $299.

School Incentive: ONE (1) SCHOOL PRIZE: Five (5) Microsoft Xbox 360 4GB Consoles with Kinect and five (5) flat screen televisions. ARV: $9,599
