How To Enter: There are three (3) methods of entry (KFR Promotion Code Entry, No Purchase Entry via ESPN.com and No Purchase Entry via Twitter).

• To enter via the KFR Promotion Code Entry, you’ll need a KFR promotion code. This code can be found inside specially marked Cheez-It packs. Once you obtained a code, visit kelloggfamilyrewards.com/Heisman and follow the instructions to enter the KFR promotion code to enter the Sweepstakes.
  For Grand Prize Sweepstakes – KFR promotion codes must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 10/31/14 in order to be entered into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.
  For Weekly Sweepstakes – KFR promotion codes must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 6/30/15 in order to be entered into the Weekly Sweepstakes.
  Entries submitted after 10/31/14 are only eligible for the Weekly Sweepstakes and will not be considered for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.
• To enter Without Purchase Entry via ESPN.com, visit ESPN.com/cheezit then complete and submit your entry following the onscreen instructions to receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes.
  This method of entry will only be available until 10/31/14 for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.
  It will be available for the Weekly Sweepstakes until 12/31/14
• To enter Without Purchase Entry via Twitter, tweet a digital photo of yourself striking a Heisman® pose including the hashtag #ShowYourHeismanSweeps.

Limit: There’s a limit of ten (10) entries per person, per Day during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.

Promotion Period: This promotion has two (2) periods of entry consisting of a Grand Prize Sweepstakes Period and a Weekly Sweepstakes Period.

• The Grand Prize Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on 8/18/14 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 10/31/14.
• The Weekly Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on 8/18/14 for all methods of entry and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 12/31/14 for entries made through ESPN.com and at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 6/30/15 for entries made through KFR.com and Twitter. Please note that Weekly Sweepstakes entries received after the 10/31/14 date will not be included as entries into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.

Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia.

Prizes:

Ten (10) Grand Prize Winners will each receive a 4-day/3-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the Official Heisman® Tailgate Party Weekend in New York, NY selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (ARV $7,050 for each Grand Prize). Each trip includes:

• round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest between a major commercial airport closest to the winner’s residence selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion and New York NY;
• Sponsor-selected lodging in New York City consisting of one (1) room for three (3) nights (based on double occupancy);
• admission for winner and one (1) guest to attend the Official Heisman® Weekend Tailgate Party;
• $1,500 in the form of a check for the winner only (which may be used toward food, ground transportation, entertainment and miscellaneous expenses while on the trip);
• an autographed item from 1991 Heisman Trophy® winner Desmond Howard.

One Hundred Eighty (180) Weekly Prize Winners will each receive an autographed football from 1991 Heisman Trophy® winner Desmond Howard (ARV $25 each).
