Prize (s):

One (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive a VIP trip for winner and up to three (3) guests to Los Angeles, CA on a date to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion between January 1, 2011 and March 31, 2011 to meet Demi Lovato (“VIP Package”). VIP package includes: (i) round-trip coach air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) guests from major airport near the winner’s residence (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles (if winner or guests reside within approximately 250 miles of Los Angeles, with such determination being made by Sponsor in its sole discretion, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel and no cash difference will be awarded); (ii) two nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy); (iii) ground transportation via limousine to/from Los Angeles airport and hotel and to/from hotel and Activities (as defined below); (iv) an opportunity for at least a 15 minute supervised meet and greet with Demi Lovato for winner and guests; (v) a one year supply of NESTLE® JUICY JUICE® beverage (awarded as 52 coupons, each good for JUICY JUICE product up to $4.99) for winner. VIP Package also includes the following activities during the trip (“Activities”): a meal for winner and guests at a restaurant Demi has eaten at (alcohol not included. Awarded as a $300 gift certificate); a visit and $250 gift certificate to a clothing store Demi has shopped at; a visit and $75 gift certificate to a music store Demi has shopped at; an appointment and $150 gift certificate for winner to receive a manicure and/or pedicure at a salon Demi has visited; and a trip to a popular beach for winner and guests. Winner will also receive $1,500 awarded as a check, which may be used to pay for taxes on prize (Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is up to $9,750).
