Eligibility : The Jones Soda Karaoke Revolution Takeover Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Jones Soda Karaoke Revolution Takeover Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) will begin at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 17, 2009 and end at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 25, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : one (1) entry per valid email address, per person per day.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 42″ Plasma Flat Screen TV, a Nintendo Wii Console, copy of the Karaoke Revolution video game (Wii version), and a one (1) year supply of Jones GABA Energy Drink [twenty-four (24) 12-packs]. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $2,027.99.

One (1) First Prize Winner will receive a copy of the Karaoke Revolution video game and a three (3) Month supply of Jones GABA Energy Drink [six (6) 12-packs]. ARV of First Prize: $251.99.

One (1) Second Prize Winner will receive a copy of the Karaoke Revolution video game and a one (1) month supply of Jones GABA Energy Drink [two (2) 12-packs). ARV for Second Prize: $123.99.
