The Jewel Box Golden Ticket Sweepstakes is a promotion that started on October 1, 2014 where participants are invited to enter a PIN code, which is available on select packages of Jewel Box Wines, at jewelboxwines.com for a chance to win up to $500 in gift cards.

Participants interested in entering the sweepstakes must be legal residents of the United States and 21 years of age or older at time of entry in order to be eligible to enter and win. Participants must also have a PIN code as mentioned above. However, a free PIN code can also be generated for you by visiting jewelboxwines.com/goldenticket.

Please note that all entries/PIN codes must be submitted before 11:59:59 p.m. PST on November 11, 2014 to be valid and entered into the sweepstakes.

Detailed Entry Instructions

Follow these steps to enter for a chance to win.

• Visit http://jewelboxwines.com and verify your age
• Scroll down to the bottom of the page and complete the entry form including all required information such as your name, email, complete address, date of birth and of course, your PIN code.
• Click the “Submit” button to validate your entry and be entered into the sweepstakes.

You may enter by completing the steps once per day for a total number of forty two (42) entries.

A maximum of eleven (11) gift cards will be awarded throughout the promotion period as listed below.

• Four (4) US$100.00 gift cards from a US beauty products chain.
• Three (3) US$200.00 gift cards from US high-end department store chains.
