Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous United States (except and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, and where prohibited.

Promotion Period : “iPad a Day Giveaway” (“Sweepstakes”) begins on December 13, 2010 at 12:01 a.m. ET (“Start Date”) and ends on December 24, 2010 at 11:59 p.m.
