Eligibility : ION Television’s Emeril’s Positively Entertaining Getaway Sweepstakes (Sweepstakes) is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Beginning April 5, 2010 at 09:00:00 a.m. ET and ending on April 30, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET

How To Enter : Log on to http://www.iontelevision.com/2010/Emeril/index.php?page=contest and follow the instructions.

Limit : Only one (1) entry per household, per day.

Prize (s):

One (1) Prize winner total. The Prize winner will be eligible to receive: Two (2) roundtrip, coach airline tickets to the United States city of your choice where an “Emeril’s” restaurant is located (airline to be selected through ION Media Networks Promotions Dept. based on availability; go to http://www.emerils.com/restaurants/ for list of locations), hotel accommodations for three (3) days/two (2) nights (hotel to be selected by ION Media Networks Promotions Dept; car rental not included), and dinner for two at an “Emeril’s” restaurant of their choice (Total cost of trip including tickets not to exceed $4,999.99).
