Eligibility : The Promotion is open only to individuals who are living within, and are legal residents of the 50 United States (including Washington D.C.), who are at least 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) as of the time of their entry.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on 5/3/10 at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) and ends on 6/15/10 at 11:59:59 p.m. PST (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):

Instant Win Game: In total, there is potential for forty-four (44) Instant Win prizes and winners throughout the Promotion Period : one (1) Flip MinoHD™ Camera (ARV: $199.99).

The Grand Prize winner will receive a “Happily Ever After Vacation Package” to the destination of winner’s choice anywhere in the world (where travel by U.S. Citizens is permitted, and Sponsor has final approval of destination for safety purposes, and duration for monetary purposes), for up to a ten thousand dollar ($10,000.00) value (the “Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize package Includes a) roundtrip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest winner’s residence that services the desired location, as determined by Sponsor, to the major airport nearest the chosen destination, as determined by Sponsor, b) Minimum three (3) nights of hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) (total number of nights will depend on cost, and will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion) at a hotel chosen by the Sponsor, c) round trip ground transportation from the airport in the chosen destination to the hotel in the chosen destination, or use of car rental (if necessary and winner meets car rental restrictions) of the Sponsor’s selection for a TBD number of days, and d) a check or money order (for the winner only) in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). Once Grand Prize winner selects destination, and Sponsor approves of such destination, Sponsor will work with Grand Prize winner to determine exact length of trip and all trip details and Sponsor shall have final say in all such trip details in order to bring the actual value of the Grand Prize to as close to ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) as possible. Actual value of the Grand Prize will depend on the city of departure, time of travel, any airfare fluctuations and on current market conditions at time of Grand Prize fulfillment, and any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Grand Prize, if any, will not be awarded, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In no event shall the combined total of air transportation, ground transportation/car rental, hotel accommodations and said one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) check value exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00).
