HGTV Urban Oasis Sweepstakes 2023 begins on October 2, 2023 at HGTV.com/UrbanOasis and it’s your chance to win HGTV Urban Oasis 2023 located in Louisville, Kentucky. Winner will also receive an all-new 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC SUV, and $50,000 from Viva along with a 5-year supply of the softest, most durable paper towels.

How Does The HGTV Urban Oasis 2023 Work?

The Sweepstakes begins on October 2, 2023 and ends on November 21, 2023. To enter, simply visit either the HGTV website at https://www.hgtv.com/sweepstakes/hgtv-urban-oasis/sweepstakes or the Food Network website at https://www.foodnetwork.com/sponsored/sweepstakes/hgtv-urban-oasis-sweepstakes to access the HGTV Urban Oasis 2023 entry. Then complete and submit the online entry form. Limit of one Entry, per eligible person, per Website, per day during the Promotion Period.

This HGTV Sweepstakes 2023 is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., including territories, possessions, and commonwealths, who are 21 years of age or older as of the Promotion start date.

What Are The Prizes?

Grand Prize Winner will receive the following:

• (i) one (1) home located in Louisville, Kentucky that is featured on the Websites (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $778,064)
• (ii) an All-New Mercedes Benz GLC or an alternative All-New Mercedes Benz vehicle of the Grand Prize Winner’s choice not to exceed an ARV of $60,615 and subject to availability and MBUSA’s approval of selected model (ARV: $60,615);
• (iii) Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) (awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer) courtesy of Viva;
• (iv) a five (5) year supply of Viva brand paper towels in the form of twenty-four (24) packages each containing twelve (12) paper towel rolls (288 individual rolls total), courtesy of Viva  (ARV: $ 456).

ARV of total Grand Prize: $899,135.

In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Urban Oasis 2023, the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $300,000 in cash, awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $411,071 if Grand Prize Winner receives the Cash Option in lieu of the HGTV Urban Oasis 2023.

Who Is The HGTV Urban Oasis 2023 Winner?

Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period on approximately December 4, 2023. Beginning on or about March 31, 2024, or whenever the Grand Prize Winner confirmation is otherwise complete, you may obtain the name of the Grand Prize Winner by going to the Websites.
