Hebrew National Ultimate Backyard Upgrade

Eligibility : Hebrew National Ultimate Backyard Upgrade (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.

Timing : The Promotion begins on July 14, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 7, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period./ For each referral of a valid email address, you will be given one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes. During the Promotion Period, you may receive up to ten (10) additional entries into the Sweepstakes during the entire Promotion Period, through Tell A Friend Program.

Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $25,000 Ultimate Backyard Upgrade. Prize will be awarded in the form of a $25,000 check that can be used towards the upgrade. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $25,000.

TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY (280) FIRST PRIZES (5 per day): $100 Check. ARV: $100.
