Eligibility : The Gingerbread Man Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of and physically located within any of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time
of entry.

Promotion Period : The Gingerbread Man Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes begins on November 3, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on December 17, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Limit of one (1) entry/play per player per day during the Promotion Period.
