Limit : During the Second Promotion Period, the Entrant may play the Instant Win Game once per day for each Code that the Entrant has banked throughout the Second Promotion Period.  For example, if the Entrant has 5 Codes, the Entrant may play the Instant Win Game 5 times in a day, once for each Code.  An Entrant may only use each individual Code once per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1):  The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest (“Guest”), subject to the restrictions set forth below, will receive a 6 day/ 7 night trip to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (the “Grand Prize Trip”) and $200 in spending money for the Grand Prize Trip. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the one (1) Grand Prize is $4,850.
