DOLE Refresh Me Instant Win and Sweepstakes

Eligibility : DOLE Refresh Me Instant Win and Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The DOLE Refresh Me Instant Win and Sweepstakes begins on April 20, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 14, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter :  During the Promotion Period, go to www.dolerefreshme.com (the “Website”) and complete and submit the online entry form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. As part of your registration you will be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to the Official Rules. When your entry is received and recorded by the Administrator’s computer you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, and on each day when you subsequently log in. You can obtain Instant Win Game plays and additional Sweepstakes entries by purchasing DOLE products at participating retail locations. When you make a purchase of DOLE products at a participating retail location, a code (“Code”) will be printed on your Catalina Code coupon. The number of Sweepstakes entries and Instant Win Game plays you receive for each Code depends on the number of DOLE products purchased at the participating retail location; you will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry and one (1) Instant Win Game play for each DOLE product purchased up to a maximum of four (4) Sweepstakes entries and four (4) Instant Win Game plays per Code. To redeem Sweepstakes entries and Instant Win Game plays earned through Codes, visit the Website and follow the links and instructions to enter your Code. The Code must be entered exactly as it appears on the Code coupon or it will not be accepted. Once you have reached the Instant Win Game, follow the directions to play the game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is solely responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game.

Free Method of Entry: To obtain Sweepstakes entries and Instant Win Game plays without making a purchase, visit the Website and follow the links and instructions to request a Code. A Code will immediately be sent to you via email. When you subsequently enter the Code on the Website, and the Code is received and recorded by the Administrator’s computer, you will automatically receive four (4) Sweepstakes entries and four (4) Instant Win Game plays. Codes obtained via email expire at 11:59 p.m. the day they were requested.

Limit :  Each participant may register/login one (1) time per day and enter a maximum of one (1) Code per day during the Promotion Period.
