Crest Whitestrips He’s Just Not That Into You Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Crest Whitestrips He’s Just Not That Into You Sweepstakes is open only persons who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Beginning 8:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 22, 2008. Entries must be received by 7:59:59 AM ET on January 20, 2009 (the “Entry Deadline”) to be eligible for the final daily drawing and the Grand and First Prize drawings.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per email address per Daily Entry Period.

Prize (s):

One (1) “Grand Prize” winner will receive a private screening of the movie He’s Just Not That Into You at a sponsor-specified local theater for winner and a group of his/her friends. Sponsor will determine the number of guests the winner may bring, the theatre location and the date/time of screening, in its sole and absolute discretion. The maximum ARV of the Grand Prize is Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) (USD).

Three (3) “First Prizes” will be awarded and each First Prize winner will receive one (1) He’s Just Not That Into You autographed movie poster with an ARV of One Hundred Dollars ($100) (USD) per prize.

Twenty-Nine (29) “Second Prizes” (one (1) per daily drawing) will be awarded and each Second Prize winner will receive one (1) He’s Just Not That Into You movie soundtrack CD with an ARV of Sixteen Dollars and Ninety-Eight Cents ($16.98) (USD) per prize.

Fifty-Eight (58) “Third Prizes” (two (2) per daily drawing) will be awarded and each Third Prize winner will receive one (1) He’s Just Not That Into You movie poster with an ARV of Seventeen Dollars ($17) (USD) per prize.
