Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Promotion Period : Begins at 9:00 am ET on June 6, 2011 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on July 5, 2011

Limit : You may enter one (1) time per day for a maximum of thirty (30) Entries per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period

Prize (s) :

There will be three (3) grand prizes (“Grand Prize”), one (1) Grand Prize awarded to each Grand Prize Winner. Each Grand Prize will consist of a trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Comic-Con 2011 (“Comic-Con”) scheduled to take place in the San Diego Convention Center, 111 W. Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA (the “Trip”). The Trip will include the following, subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion: 1) round-trip, commercial coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major gateway airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a major gateway airport in or near San Diego, CA; 2) four (4) days/three (3) nights hotel accommodations (standard room/double occupancy) in or around San Diego, CA, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (the “Hotel”); 3) round trip ground transportation between San Diego, CA airport and Hotel; 4) three (3) breakfasts and three (3) dinners for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion; 5) two (2) four (4) day passes to Comic-Con and attendance at the Covert Affairs Panel (“Event”); and 6) five hundred dollars ($500) in spending money awarded to Grand Prize Winner in the form of a check made payable to Grand Prize Winner, or in another form subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion. The estimated retail value (“ERV”) of each Grand Prize is six thousand dollars ($6,000)
