Eligibility : Cookie Magazine and Oxygen Hollywood Mom Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Cookie Magazine and Oxygen Hollywood Mom Sweepstakes begins on May 26, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit http://condenast.eprize.net/hollywoodmom and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration.

Limit : Regardless of method of entry, each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES (each a “Grand Prize”):

Grand Prize Package One: Grand Prize Package One consisting of (i) a trip for Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests to Grace Bay Club in Turks & Caicos, and (ii) a Connoisseur Membership to Indagare for Grand Prize winner. The Turks & Caicos trip package includes: four (4) days and three (3) nights accommodations in a luxury 2-bedroom villa at the Grace Bay Club; full daily breakfast for four (4); daily lunch for four (4); access to the Very Important Kid (VIK) Program and the Kids Town Program during the stay for any of the guests of qualifying age; one (1) complimentary family dinner for four (4) at the gourmet beachfront restaurant Anacaona; one (1) couples massage for two (2); tea time daily; unlimited tennis for four (4); complimentary internet service; and complimentary bottled water in the room daily. Grand Prize Package Two: Grand Prize Package Two consisting of (i) a trip for Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests to the El Conquistador and Golden Door Spa in Puerto Rico, and (ii) a Connoisseur Membership to Indagare for Grand Prize winner. The Escape to Paradise package in Puerto Rico includes: five (5) days and four (4) nights accommodations in a private villa at the Las Casitas Village and Golden Door Spa – The Waldorf-Astoria Collection; twenty-four (24) hour butler service and access to full kitchen facilities in the villa; daily breakfast for four (4) in Las Brisas restaurant; a private in-room couples massage for two (2) adults; use of a golf cart during the stay for transportation on the grounds of the hotel; a private chef to cook a family meal in the villa on one (1) night; a private children’s magic show; Camp Coqui admission; limousine transportation to and from airport and hotel; a guided snorkeling tour for four (4); a rainforest tour for four (4); golf and tennis lessons for four (4); Coqui Water Park tickets for four (4); children’s air brush tattoos for at Coqui Water Park for eligible guests; use of a private cabana at the main hotel pool and at the Coqui Water Park; a horseback riding tour for four (4) at Palomino Island; jet ski rentals for an afternoon at Palomino Island for Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) adult guests; and a family photo album and memory book of the stay for Grand Prize winner. SIXTY-SEVEN (67) FIRST PRIZES (“First Prize”) (ONE (1) PER ENTRY PERIOD): A copy of Tori Spelling’s books: Mommywood & sTori Telling, three (3) pacifiers and three (3) baby bottles (brand and model of pacifiers and bottles determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV of each First Prize: $75.
