Circle K Florida and Mars Summer of Surprizes Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Circle K Florida and Mars Summer of Surprizes Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the State of Florida, age 18 or older as of 7/29/09

Promotion Period : There are two entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”): July 29, 2009 to August 30, 2009 (“Entry Period One”); and September 1-29, 2009 (“Entry Period Two”). Each Entry Period begins at 12:00:01 AM (ET) and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET).

How To Enter : Complete the official entry form available at www.circlekflorida.com (the “Website”) and click on “Submit” during an Entry Period.

Limit : one (1) Entry Period Drawing entry per e-mail address per day and one (1) Bonus Drawing  entry per e-mail address per Entry Period.

Prize (s):

Two (2) Entry Period Grand Prizes (one per Entry Period):
Entry Period One Grand Prize: a 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to Charlotte, North Carolina to attend the professional stock car race scheduled for October 17, 2009 (the “Race”).  Trip includes round-trip coach-class air transportation from a major airport near winner’s home (as determined by Sponsors) to the Race, two (2) nights’ double occupancy standard hotel accommodations near the Race (as determined by Sponsors), two (2) tickets to the Race (tickets selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion), ground transportation to/from hotel and Race and $500 (awarded as a check made payable to winner). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,980.

Entry Period Two Grand Prize: a 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, Nevada to visit M&M’S World®. Trip includes round-trip coach-class air transportation from a major airport near winner’s home (as determined by Sponsors) to Las Vegas, NV, two (2) nights’ double occupancy standard hotel accommodations (as determined by Sponsors); ground transportation to/from the hotel to M&M’S World® and $500 (awarded as a check made payable to winner).  ARV: $2,900.

Two (2) Entry Period First Prizes (one per Entry Period): iPod® Nano 8GB; ARV: $150 each.

Two (2) Two Entry Period Second Prizes (one per Entry Period): $100 Circle K Gift Card (gift cards subject to terms and conditions of issuer).

Two (2) Entry Period Third Prizes (one per Entry Period):  Fifty (50) $1 coupons for purchase of any M&M’S® Brand Product (coupons are subject to terms and conditions printed thereon). ARV: $50 each.

Bonus Drawing Prizes:
One Bonus Grand Prize: a 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to attend the Pro Bowl scheduled for January 31, 2010 in South Florida (the “Game”). Trip includes: round-trip coach-class air transportation from a major airport near winner’s home  to a major airport near the Game (as determined by Sponsors), two (2) nights’ double occupancy standard hotel accommodations (as determined by Sponsors), ground transportation to the Pro Bowl Event from the hotel and $500 (awarded as a check made payable to winner). ARV: $3,200.

Three (3) Bonus First Prizes: Two (2) tickets to a regular season football game played by the National Football League (NFL) team selected by winner in such team’s home stadium during the 2009-2010 NFL season. (Pre-season, post-season and playoff games are excluded.)  ARV: $150 each.

Winners : A list of the winners’ names will be available on the Website after selection and verification of winners through 11/27/09.
