Eligibility : The Cat Footwear Trailblazer Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry

Promotion Period : The Cat Footwear Trailblazer Sweepstakes runs from September 20, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time per day, through this Creative Presentation during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize Drawing: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on the Creative Presentation through which he/she entered. Accordingly, the Grand Prize for a winner who entered through this Creative Presentation will be: $10,000. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.

Secondary Drawing: ONE (1) SECONDARY PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to the 2010 race in Daytona, FL scheduled on February 14, 2010. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; three (3) nights accommodations at hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); two (2) infield tickets to the 2010 race in Daytona, FL scheduled for February 14, 2010 (seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); food and beverages at the CAT Footwear RV during the 2010 race in Daytona, FL (exact food and beverages to be provided determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); a garage tour (details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and a meet and greet with Jeff Burton (details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.
