Eligibility : Open to all individuals who: (A) Have supplied Sponsor with a valid e-mail address; (B) Are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; and (C) Are legal residents in the 47 United States or the District of Columbia, excluding the state of New York, Florida and Rhode Island.

Promotion Period : Begin at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 7, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on January 3, 2012.

Limit : Limit 1 entry per person/e-mail address per day throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize (1): One Grand Prize Winner will receive a six (6) day/five (5) night trip to London, England, for two (2) people, the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest (the “Guest”), as set forth below:
1. Roundtrip, coach airfare for two (2) people, from gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s home, as selected by Sponsor, to London, England; 2. Five (5) nights stay in a guest room, single room double occupancy, at The Sherlock Holmes Hotel in London. 3. Return airport transfers to and from the airport to the hotel in London. 4. Daily breakfast at the hotel for two (2). 5. Dinner for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest at the Punch Bowl not exceeding $150 total. 6. Sherlock Holmes walking tour of London with a drink each for Grand Prize Winner and Guest at The Sherlock Holmes Pub (provided that the Grand Prize Winner and Guest are of legal drinking age). 7. English Afternoon Tea for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest at The Wallace Restaurant, near Baker Street in London. 8. Two (2) Fast Track tickets to The London Eye. 9. Two (2) Skip-the-line tickets at The London Dungeon. 10. Travel Insurance for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest.

First Prize (220): Two Hollywood Movie Money® certificates redeemable for a pair of tickets (valued up to $10 each/$20 Total)

Second Prize (25): A Ten Dollar ($10.00) Carl’s Jr.® Gift Card.
