Eligibility : Open only to persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of March 27, 2010, and who are permanent, legal U.S. residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are physically located and residing therein. Residents of the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and residents of Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter or win this Sweepstakes.

Promotion Period : The Canada See It Now Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on March 27, 2010, at 12:00:01 A.M. ET and end on May 31, 2010 at 5:59:59 P.M. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : Access the Sweepstakes Web Site at canadaseeitnow.com (“Web Site”), click on the Sweepstakes icon or text link, either of which will take you to the Sweepstakes home page and entry form.

Limit : Regardless of method of entry, you may only submit one (1) Entry per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):

There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded. Winner will select one (1) trip from among the following five (5) choices (subject to Sponsors’ approval):

Trip #1: Sea to Sky Trip: A nine (9) night, two (2) Province trip to be shared by winner (“Winner”) and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to British Columbia, Canada and Alberta, Canada (“Sea to Sky Trip”). Sea to Sky Trip includes coach-class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence, as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion to an airport near Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; ground transportation between Vancouver area airport and Vancouver area hotel; four star accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for three (3) nights at a Vancouver area hotel, as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; transportation for Winner and Guest from Vancouver to Vancouver Island, as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; four star accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for two (2) nights on Vancouver Island, as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; air transportation for Winner and Guest from Vancouver Island to Calgary, Alberta, Canada as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; ground transportation for Winner and Guest from Calgary to Banff, Alberta, Canada; standard accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for two (2) nights in Banff, as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; ground transportation for Winner and Guest from Banff to Lake Louise, Alberta, Canada; standard accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for two (2) nights in Lake Louise, as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; coach-class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Calgary to an airport near Winner’s residence, as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Sea to Sky Trip is five thousand dollars ($5,000).

Trip #2: Urban Fare Trip: A five (5) night, two (2) Province trip to be shared by winner (“Winner”) and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Ontario, Canada and Quebec, Canada (“Urban Fare Trip”). Urban Fare Trip includes coach-class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence, as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion, to an airport near Toronto, Ontario Canada as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; ground transportation between Toronto area airport and Toronto area hotel; standard accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for three (3) nights at a hotel in Toronto as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; two (2) Toronto city passes (“City Passes”) (actual City Passes to be determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion); a harbor boat tour for Winner and Guest; rail travel for Winner and Guest from Toronto, Ontario Canada to Montreal, Quebec Canada; standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (single room/double occupancy) at a Montreal area hotel as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; gifts courtesy of Cucina and Tourisme Montreal (actual number and content of gifts to be determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion); and coach-class air transportation for Winner and Guest from an airport near Montreal, Quebec, Canada as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion to a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence, as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion. Urban Fare Trip is available from June 30, 2010 through July 5, 2010 only. Winner and Guest must be available to travel to Ontario, Canada on June 30, 2010 in order to accept Urban Fare Trip. The ARV of the Urban Fare Trip is five thousand dollars ($5,000).

Trip #3: High Tide Trip: An eight (8) night, two (2) Province trip to be shared by winner (“Winner”) and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to New Brunswick, Canada and Nova Scotia, Canada (“High Tide Trip”). High Tide Trip includes coach-class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence, as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion to an airport near Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; standard accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for eight (8) nights at selected hotels, bed and breakfasts and country inns in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, Canada (actual hotels, bed and breakfasts and country inns to be determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion); ground transportation for Winner and Guest while in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, Canada (as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion); admission for Winner and Guest to Hopewell Rocks; admission for Winner and Guest to Kingsbrae Gardens; a kayaking tour excursion for Winner and Guest and a tidal bore rafting trip tour excursion for Winner and Guest (“Excursions”) (actual Excursions to be determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion); and coach-class air transportation for Winner and Guest from an airport near Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion to a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence, as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion. High Tide Trip is subject to the general terms and conditions as set forth by Maxxim Vacations and can be found at www.maxximvacations.com and Winner must abide by these terms and conditions. Winner and/or his/her Guest must be at least twenty five (25) years old and have at least one (1) major credit card in good standing in order to accept ground transportation portion of High Tide Trip. High Tide Trip reservations will be accepted based on space availability, and must be booked a minimum of forty five (45) days prior to the departure dates. High Tide Trip must be taken by September 15, 2010 and will not be rescheduled or substituted once booked. The ARV of the High Tide Trip is five thousand dollars ($5,000).

Trip # 4: Beluga Bliss Trip: A four (4) night trip to be shared by winner (“Winner”) and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Manitoba, Canada (“Beluga Bliss Trip”). Beluga Bliss Trip includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence, as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion to an airport near Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; ground transportation between Winnipeg area airport and Winnipeg area hotel; standard accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for one (1) night at a hotel in Winnipeg as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; air transportation from Winnipeg to Churchill, Manitoba, Canada, as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; two (2) nights accommodations (single room/double occupancy) at a hotel in Churchill, as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; a kayaking or snorkelling excursion, a beluga whale and arctic wildlife excursion, a tundra buggy excursion for Winner and Guest (“Excursions”) (actual number and type of Excursions to be determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion); air transportation from Churchill to Winnipeg as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; standard accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for one (1) night at a hotel in Winnipeg as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; and coach-class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Winnipeg to an airport near Winner’s residence, as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion.. The ARV of Beluga Bliss Trip is five thousand dollars ($5,000).

Trip # 5: Northern Exposure Trip: A five (5) night trip to be shared by winner (“Winner”) and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to the Yukon Territory, Canada (“Northern Exposure Trip”). Northern Exposure Trip includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence, as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion, to Erik Nielsen Whitehorse International Airport in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Canada as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; standard accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for three (3) nights at hotel(s) in Whitehorse as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; ground transportation between Whitehorse area airport and Whitehorse area hotel; transportation for Winner and Guest from Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Canada to Dawson City, Yukon Territory, Canada, as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; standard accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for two (2) nights at hotel in Dawson City as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; ground transportation while in Whitehorse and Dawson City, Yukon Territory, Canada (to be determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion); Winner’s choice of either a Whitewater rafting excursion for Winner and Guest on the Tatshenshini River, OR, a private guided hiking trip for Winner and Guest in Kluane National Park; a flight-seeing excursion for Winner and Guest in Kluane National Park; a heli-shuttle excursion for Winner and Guest in Tombstone Territorial Park with landing near Tombstone Mountain (“Excursions”) (actual number and type of Excursions to be determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion); a tour for Winner and Guest of the historic Yukon gold fields; and gold-panning lessons for Winner and Guest (to be determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion). The ARV of Northern Exposure Trip is five thousand dollars ($5,000).
