Eligibility :  Entrants must be permanent, legal residents of, and must physically reside in, one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and U.S. Military installations in foreign countries and territories, anywhere outside of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : Commencing at 12:00AM PT May 3, 2013 and ending at 11:59 PM PT May 12, 2013 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s) :

GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize trip awarded (“Grand Prize Trip”) to one (1) entrant (“Grand Prize Winner”) from all eligible entries consisting of a trip for winner and guest to Miami, FL (“Trip Event”) including the following: Two (2) roundtrip coach airfares between the Sponsor’s selected major airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence, and a Sponsor’s selected major airport near Miami, FL (ARV $800 per), three (3) nights of hotel accommodations (double-occupancy room) (ARV $400 per night), Burn Notice set visit, and five hundred dollars ($500) for transportation and spending money to be awarded as a check made payable to Grand Prize Winner or in such other form as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Total ARV of Grand Prize Trip is three thousand three hundred dollars (ARV $3,300).

FIRST PRIZE: One (1) First Prize consisting of one (1) iPad Mini and a custom case with the Burn Notice Weekends logo (ARV $400). Total ARV for First Prize is four hundred dollars (ARV $400).

INSTANT WINNER PRIZES: A total of thirty (30) Instant Win Prizes will be awarded as follows: ten (10) mini splashproof boom-box speakers for MP3 players (ARV $23), ten (10) beach bag and beach towel sets with the Burn Notice Weekends logo (ARV $41), and ten (10) wayfarer sunglasses (ARV $32). Total value of all Instant Win Prizes is nine hundred sixty dollars (ARV $960).
