Burn Notice The Big Game Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents physically residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and all other US territories) who are 18 years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Burn Notice The Big Game Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 am (ET) on January 17, 2009 and ends at 11:59 pm (ET) on March 11, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : To enter, log on to burnnotice.usanetwork.com (the “Website”) and follow the instructions on how to enter (including completing the official entry form in its entirety).

Limit : LIMIT OF ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON PER DAY DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD.

Prize (s):

There will be one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded, a three (3) night/ four (4) day trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Miami, Florida (the “Trip”). The Trip will consist of the following, each awarded as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion: Round-trip, commercial coach-class air transportation for winner and his/her Guest from an airport near the winner’s residence to an airport near or in Miami, FL ; Luxury accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for three (3) nights at a hotel near or in Miami; Four (4) day car rental near or in Miami ; Two (2) tickets to Super Bowl XLIV in Miami; Five hundred dollars ($500.00) spending cash for the winner (form of payment to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); Dinner for two (2) at a local hot spot, and breakfast each morning (dinner and breakfasts not to exceed amounts determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). All details of the above Trip are subject to change and shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Trip is thirteen thousand forty-five dollars ($13,045.00).
