Eligibility : This Promotion is intended for participation by children six (6) to twelve (12) years of age, but is open to participants who are six (6) years of age or older and are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (collectively, the “U.S.”) and are physically domiciled in the U.S. at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins on Friday, April 1, 2011, at 12:00:01 p.m. and ends on Saturday, April 30, 2011, at 11:59:59 a.m.

Prize (s) :

Ten (10) First Prizes will be awarded: Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) set of Bratz® Rock dolls that includes one (1) each of the following: a Bratz® Rock Cloe doll; a Bratz® Rock Yasmin doll; a Bratz® Rock Jade doll and a Bratz® Rock Sasha doll. ARV of each First Prize: $51.96.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: Grand Prize consists solely of one (1) onethousand-dollar ($1,000.00) Ticketmaster® gift card (hereinafter referred to as “TMGC”). Maximum ARV: $1,000.00. Actual TMGC medium awarded is determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and/or Administering Agency and is subject to change. Use of TMGC medium subject to terms, limitations and restrictions of the TMGC medium issuer
and includes any applicable service charges imposed by issuer as a condition of use. ARV of Grand Prize: $1,000.00.
