Eligibility : Boardwalk Empire Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and District of Columbia) and Puerto Rico who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins on August 16, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 30, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Access to a suite at Caesars Atlantic City in Atlantic City, NJ for one (1) year (from date of winner confirmation), complete with winner’s name on a brass plate outside the door with a “stocked” bar upon arrival/check in (retail value of “stocked” bar not to exceed $250). Winner may use suite for a maximum of three (3) days per month and must provide at least seventy-two (72) hours of notice prior to the hotel stay; the three (3) days per month do not need to be consecutive days. Other accommodation restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $18,250.

FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZES: A trip for two (2) to Caesars Atlantic City in Atlantic City, NJ. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation from an airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to an airport within the New York City vicinity determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (air transportation not to exceed $500 per person); car service from the Sponsor selected airport to Atlantic City hotel and back (one (1) stop allowed on the way in each direction); shopping spree at Bloomingdale’s (awarded in the form of one (1) $500 Bloomingdale’s gift card); two (2) nights’ accommodations at Caesars Atlantic City (single room, double occupancy) with a “stocked” bar upon arrival/check in (retail value of “stocked” bar not to exceed $250) and dinner for two (2) at McCormick and Schmick’s (awarded in the form of one (1) $100 Gift Certificate). ARV: $3,050.
