Bio’s Best of 2012 Sweepstakes

Eligibility : To enter the Sweepstakes you must be: (i) a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; and (ii) eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Promotion Period :  Begins at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 3, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on January 7, 2013.

Limit :  Limit one (1) Entry per person/day/email address.

Prize (s) :

Fifteen (15) First Prize Winners will each receive an Apple® 64GB iPad, with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Eight Hundred Twenty-Nine Dollars ($829.00).

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive an Apple® 64GB iPad (ARV $829.00) and a Five Thousand Dollar ($5,000) check in the name of the Grand Prize Winner; total ARV of the Grand Prize is Five Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Nine Dollars ($5,829.00).

Winner List : To obtain a list of names of Grand Prize Winner(s) or a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “Bio’s Best of 2012 Sweepstakes Winner(s) Names Request”, A&E Television Networks, LLC, 235 East 45th Street, New York, NY 10017, Attn: Digital Media Department.  All requests must be received on or before February 1, 2013. Names of Prize winner(s) will be sent after selection and verification of winner(s).  Vermont residents may omit return postage if requesting a set of Official Rules.  Names of Prize winner(s) may also be available on www.bio.com after selection and verification.
