Eligibility : American Express Food Wine & Win $5000 Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The American Express Food Wine & Win $5000 Giveaway begins on January 11, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : From January 11, 2010 through March 7, 2010, visit http://foodandwine.promo.eprize.com/culinarytrivia and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form

Limit :  Each participant may enter one (1) time per Day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $5,000.
