Alltel My Circle Gridiron Getaway Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Alltel My Circle Gridiron Getaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law.

Promotion Period :  The Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 30, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 8, 2008 (the “Promotional Time Period”).

Limit :  Limit one (1) entry per person per day regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

Five (5) Grand Prizes (one Grand Prize per Entry Period): A one (1) day trip for the winner and up to ten (10) guests (each, a “Guest”) to the football city of their choice. Trip includes: (i) roundtrip airfare on a private jet for the Grand Prize winner and up to ten (10) guests (collectively, “Group”) from airport near Grand Prize winner’s hometown at time of entry as selected at the discretion of Sponsor; ground transportation or other arrangements may be substituted at Sponsor’s discretion; (ii) ground transportation to and from the destination airport and the football prize activities; (iii) select group football prize activities (all activities and arrangements to be determined at the discretion of the Sponsor); (iv) select food and beverage (food and beverage to be determined at the discretion of the Sponsor); (v) $100 spending money for each member of the Group, awarded in the form of cash to be prized onsite; and (vi) a wireless handset and a $25 Alltel gift card for the Grand Prize winner only. The Estimated Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $56,350.
