Alloy’s I Vow to Always Remember Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (Alaska and Hawaii are excluded) who are 13 years of age or older.

Promotion Period : Begins on December 22, 2011 at noon Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 16, 2012 at noon ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit :  Limit one (1) entry per person and/or per email address per day.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest (such guest must be a parent or legal guardian if the winner is under the legal age of majority in his/her state of residence) to Los Angeles, CA (“LA”) where the Grand Prize winner and the Grand Prize winner’s guest will attend the premiere of the film, The Vow ( the “Premiere”) on February 6, 2012 and, subject to availability, meet one of the stars of The Vow.  The total ARV of the Grand Prize: $3,000.00.

Winner List : To obtain a copy of any legally required winners list or a copy of the Official Rules, send the applicable request and a self-addresses, stamped, #10 envelope to Alloy’s I Vow to Always Remember Sweepstakes c/o Alloy Media and Marketing at 6300 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 2150, Los Angeles, CA 90048.  Request must be received no later than May 31, 2012 for the names of the winners or a copy of the Official Rules.  Vermont residents may omit return postage for Official Rules requests.
