Eligibility : To enter the Sweepstakes you must be: (i) a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; and (ii) eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 18, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. on November 22, 2012.

Limit : Entrants can enter up to five (5) Entries per day throughout each Weekly Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s) :
Weekly Sweepstakes Prize (5): Each Weekly Sweepstakes Winner will receive a One Thousand Dollar ($1,000.00) check in his/her name (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $1,000.00).
Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize Winner will receive a Ten Thousand Dollar ($10,000.00) check in his/her name (ARV: $10,000.00).
Winner List : To obtain a list of names of Prize Winner(s) or a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “All Star Moms” Winner(s) Name Request”, A&E Television Networks, LLC, 235 East 45th Street, New York, NY 10017, Attn: Digital Media Department. All requests must be received on or before January 21, 2013. Names of Prize winner(s) will be sent after selection and verification of winner(s). Vermont residents may omit return postage if requesting a set of Official Rules.

I want to win this money for my mom, Gayle. The money would help her in so many ways. She is the most amazing Mom and person I’ve ever had the privilege of having in my life. For the last 5 years she has devoted herself completly to my ailing Grandmother. She stayed with her in her home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week until 7 months ago when my Grandmother passed away. Not a single other person other than me in the family would even offer to come give her a break. Needless to say, my Mom is Super/Wonder Woman in disguise who cares for everybody but herself. I feel it’s far past due for her to receive recognition for all that she does. I”m truly blessed to have her in my life.
