Eligibility : Open only to persons who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 states or D.C., excluding Maine (collectively, “Territory”).

Promotion Period : Beginning at 12:01 A.M., February 1, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., March 8, 2010 (“Entry Period”)

Limit : Limit ten (10) Online Entries per person/Address per Day (regardless of whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address).

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: three (3) $2,000 Visa Gift Cards (approximate retail value [“ARV”]: $6,000).

THREE (3) FIRST PRIZES: Sponsor’s choice of one (1) of the following three (3) day/ two (2) night trips for winner and three (3) guests (“Group”) (individually, “Trip”): Movie Surfer Experience Trip to a Sponsor-selected city (“City”), consisting of the following elements for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (two standard rooms double occupancy including room tax); [2] visit to a set of movie filming; [3]  if winner resides more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a major airport in or near the City and [4] airport/hotel transfers. Radio Disney DJ Experience Trip to Los Angeles, CA (“LACity”), consisting of the following elements for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (one standard room quad occupancy including room tax); [2] opportunity for winner to be a guest DJ on Radio Disney; [3] if winner resides more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from LACity, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a major airport in or near LACity and [4] airport/hotel transfers. Disney Movie Premiere Experience Trip to LACity, consisting of the following elements for the Group: [1]  hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (one standard room quad occupancy including room tax); [2] tickets to attend a red carpet premiere of a Disney film release (“Event”); [3]  hotel/Event transfers; [4] if winner resides more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from LACity, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a major airport in or near LACity and [5] airport/hotel transfers. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: transportation to the City or LACity if a winner resides a distance of two hundred fifty (250) miles or less, round trip transportation between the winner’s residence and any airport of origin, alcoholic beverages, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates and Sponsor’s approval and must be booked at least forty-five (45) days prior to the date of departure.
