ABC Fall Premieres Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The ABC Fall Premieres Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States (excluding New York and Florida) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and a Charter Communications’ subscriber as of 9/3/09.

Promotion Period :  The ABC Fall Premieres Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01am ET on 9/4/09 and ends at 11:59:59pm ET on 9/25/09.

How To Enter : To enter, navigate the Internet to www.charter.net and click on the ABC banner ad to go to the Sweepstakes page. Once on the Sweepstakes page you will be required to provide the following information: your name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, age and e-mail address. To submit your sweepstakes entry, click the “Submit” button on the Sweepstakes entry page.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person or e-mail address, per day.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize (2 winners): Each winner will receive a 5-day/4-night trip for the winner and one guest to Los Angeles, California to attend a live taping of a Dancing with the Stars episode. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA from an airport near winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor); 4-night hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy) in a hotel of Sponsors’ choice; round-trip ground transportation between Los Angeles airport and hotel; round-trip ground transportation between hotel and live taping of Dancing with the Stars; (2) tickets to the live taping of the Dancing with the Stars episode; and one (1) Hollywood Experience consisting of dinner for two (2) at a restaurant of Sponsor’s choice and two (2) tickets to Hollywood Tours (tickets subject to terms and conditions as indicated thereon). ARV of each prize: $3,750.00.

Winners : For the names of the winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: ABC Fall Premieres Sweepstakes Winners List, c/o LeadDog Marketing Group, 159 W. 25th Street, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10001 by 10/30/09. Vermont residents may omit return postage if requesting a set of Official Rules.
