PROMOTION PERIOD: The Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company 5 Gum “TRUTH OR DARE” Online Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes will accept entries beginning at 12:00 Noon ET on August 1, 2014 until 11:59:59 a.m. ET on December 31, 2014.

HOW TO ENTER: You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes when you visit 5truthordare.com and follow the instructions to enter your Code. After entering your Code, you will also receive an on-screen message notifying you whether or not you are the potential winner of an Instant Win Game Prize.

HOW TO OBTAIN A CODE: There are two (2) ways to obtain a code as follow.
