I was trying to enter the “Win an Outdoor Kitchen” sweepstakes your product packaging advertises, and I have run into nothing but detours. It is very disconcerting. First, the product package advises to go to website and enter promo code, but no where on product website does it advise how to enter code. Second, once I tracked it down the register process did not work. The security code never appears; instead a box with an ‘x’, which indicates you have programming issues. Things like this can make someone think twice about the trustfulness of a brand.
