Here’s How To Enter.
Register at vizio.com/tdsfortvs by completing the entry form as directed to receive one (1) entry in the sweepstakes. All sweepstakes entries must be received prior to game day listed below for the weekly random drawing and by 11:59:59 PM ET on December 27, 2014 for the last drawing.

The anticipated 2014 football games taking place during the Sweepstakes Period are as follows:

• September 7th, Sept. 14th, Sept. 21st and Sept. 28th;
• October 5th, Oct. 13th and Oct. 19th;
• November 2nd, Nov.  9th, Nov. 16th, Nov. 23rd and Nov. 27th;
• December 7th, Dec. 14th, Dec. 20th and Dec. 28th.

Limit.
Limited to one (1) Entry per week before each football game date as listed above, per each person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period.

Sweepstakes Period.
Started at 12:00:01 AM ET on August 29, 2014 and is scheduled to end at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 27, 2014.

Eligibility.
Open only to any legal residents of the fifty (50) States of the United States who are at least 18 years of age or older (except residents of Alabama and Nebraska who must be 19 years of age or older, and residents of Mississippi who must be 21 years of age or older) as of the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period.

Prizes.
Sixteen (16) Prize Winners will each receive one (1) VIZIO M-Series 50” Class Full Array LED Smart TV, model number M502i-B1, with an Approximate Retail Value of $699.99.
If Steve Johnson scores during the respective football game, the prize will be upgraded to a VIZIO P-Series 50” Class Full Array LED Smart TV, model no. P502ui-B1, with an APR of $999.99.

For each time that Steve Johnson scores per game, VIZIO will also donate a VIZIO TV, the VIZIO M-Series 50” Class Full Array LED Smart TV, model no. M322i-B1, to the Boys & Girls Club of American located in the city in which the football game was played.
