Eligibility : The Verizon Wireless Storm Hunt Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of one of the Fifty United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories) who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence (whichever is greater) at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Verizon Wireless Storm Hunt Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) November 6, 2008 and is scheduled to end at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 15, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person, per mobile telephone number (“MTN”) and email address per day, regardless of method of entry, and regardless of whether more than one person shares a MTN or e-mail address.

Prize (s):

Grand Prizes (50): A BlackBerry Storm 9500 Smartphone and a $50 Verizon Wireless gift card Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $549 each.

Daily First Prizes (100): $100 Verizon Wireless (“VZW”) gift card, ARV: $100 each

Multiple Storm Hunt Keyword Prizes: (50) Winners receive one (1) Verizon Wireless $100 Gift Card. ARV of Verizon Wireless gift card: $100.00 each.

(20) Winners will receive two (2) tickets to either the PEOPLE 2008 Sexiest Man Alive Issue Celebration Party or the Sports Illustrated 2008 Sportsman of the Year Award Celebration, both in New York. ARV of each ticket: $299.

how do I enter???? i saw no way to enter the sweepsteaks.

How to enter: There are two (2) ways to enter:
(A) Enter via text messaging. During the Sweepstakes Period, you will be required to locate a participating VZW Kiosk to obtain the keyword, located on the VZW Kiosk, for that participating location. Upon locating the keyword at the VZW Kiosk, text the keyword from your handset to 41039. Once you send the text message, you will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes. A Participating VZW Kiosk can be found at various locations south of 72nd street in Manhattan, New York City, New York. Standard text messaging rates apply to send and receive transmissions. Text messaging is not available in all areas. Before entering, check with your wireless service provider for details on service availability and possible charges.

(B) Enter without using text messaging. During the Sweepstakes Period, you will be required to locate a participating VZW Kiosk to obtain the keyword, located on the VZW Kiosk, for that participating location. Upon locating the keyword at the kiosk, visit http://www.vzw.com/stormhunt and complete the online registration form with your e-mail address, phone number and the keyword and click “submit” to be entered into the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Use of Sponsor’s website are available at http://www.vzw.com/stormhunt.
