Tyson Take It to the House Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Tyson Take It to the House Sweepstakes is intended for viewing and participation in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (“U.S.”) only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law.

Promotion Period : The Tyson Take It to the House Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin at 12:01am Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on August 24, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Start Date”), and end at 11:59pm EDT on October 30, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : Enter online by visiting www.tysontakeittothehouse.com and completing the Sweepstakes registration form

Limit : Limit one entry per person/household and per person/email address per day regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

(1) Grand Prize : The Grand Prize winner will receive the Ultimate Home Entertainment System. The Entertainment System is comprised of a Flat Screen High Definition TV, Home Theater System, Blu-ray Disc Player and Gaming Hardware/Software. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Entertainment System is $10,000. The Grand Prize winner has the option of accepting the aforementioned Ultimate Home Entertainment System prize, or a $7,000 cash award.

(2) First Prizes : Each First Prize winners will receive a Flat Screen High Definition TV. The ARV of each TV is $3,500. Each First Prize winner has the option of receiving the Flat Screen High Definition TV, or a $2,500 cash award.

(10) Second Prizes : Each Second Prize winner will receive an NFL.com gift card (ARV-$150).

(20) Third Prizes : Each Third Prize winner will receive Gaming Software (ARV-$75).

(50) Fourth Prizes : Each Fourth Prize winner will receive a one (1) year subscription to Sports Illustrated® Magazine (ARV-$50).

(100) Fifth Prize s : Each Fifth Prize winners will each receive a DVD Package (ARV-$25).
