Eligibility : The Time Warner Cable Ice Age Dawn of the Dinosaurs HD Holiday Giveaway is open to legal U.S. residents who, as of 11/21/09, are Road Runner, Time Warner Cable or Bright House Networks subscribers, residing in a serviceable area of Road Runner, Time Warner Cable or Bright House Networks and those living in the same household in the following states/areas: AL, AZ, CA, CO (only in Gunnison), FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TX, VA, WA, WV, WI, or WY, and 18 years of age or older.

Promotion Period : The Time Warner Cable Ice Age Dawn of the Dinosaurs HD Holiday Giveaway begins 10:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 22, 2009 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on January 4, 2010 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : You may enter online at www.twondemand.com/hdholidays (the “Website”) by completing and submitting the online registration form as prompted.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize is available: The Grand Prize winner will receive a Sponsor selected Bose Home Theater System and Sony Blu-ray disc player. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,300.

Three (3) First Prizes are available: Each First Prize winner will receive a 160GB iPod Classic. The ARV of each First Prize is $250. The total ARV of all First Prizes is $750.

Ten (10) Second Prizes are available: Each Second Prize winner will receive an Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs Mountain Bike. The ARV of each First Prize is $175. The total ARV of all Second Prizes is $1,750.
