Eligibility The Invention Of Lying Sweepstakes is (1) open to legal residents in the contiguous 47 United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older and have Internet access; (2) void in Maine, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, all other U.S. territories and possessions and wherever prohibited or restricted by law; and (3) subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.:
