Eligibility : Spike’s Man Cave Sweepstakes, presented by I Love You Man (the “Sweepstakes”) is
open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, who, at the time of
entry, are able and prepared to document that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age
and not a minor in their primary state of residence.

Promotion Period : Entry period commences 11:59:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time), February 25,
2009, and ends 11:59:59 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time), March 22, 2009 (the “Entry
Period”).

How To Enter :  Enter the Sweepstakes during the Entry Period on-line only by completing
the Sweepstakes registration form available on the Internet via http://www.spike.com (the
“Website”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Entry Period.

Prize (s):

The Winner will receive the following:
a) One (1) 50″ 1080P Flat Screen TV, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion;
b) One (1) PS3 80GB game console;
c) One (1) Rock Band Special Edition Bundle; and
d) One (1) Man Groomer Electric Shaver
Total approximate retail value of the Prize is Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00).
